The living room in the middle creates a good context and offers everyone a nice gathering space. To keep electricity costs down, there is a heat pump that heats the living room and pool. You look from the living area into the pool room. A bathroom is located in the pool room. Your children will surely enjoy spending time on the sleeping loft. The terrace on 150 m² also allows for wind-protected areas. In the garden you can watch deer, squirrels and birds.
