Perfect for remote work. There is a full bathroom with shower tub combination, updated vanity and faucet. The living area is open concept with comfortable seating, indoor dining area and full kitchen. The kitchen has been recently updated with brand new whirlpool appliances including gas stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, cookware, dinnerware, glasses, and silverware. The beautiful sun porch is a great place to relax and read a book. Wall to wall windows overlook the beautiful back patio. The patio has a large dining table with umbrella and cozy seating area. Gas grill is provided. Brand new GE stackable washer/dryer also provided int he oversized pantry/storage area. Note - no shed access provided, owners use this home a majority of the year and store personal items. Security cameras are located on the front of the house overlooking the driveway and in the back patio area. Maximum of 4 guests allowed, no smoking, no pets, no events or parties allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors. No long term tenants as this is our primary residence.
