The living room, breakfast room, and master bedroom all have sliding glass doors to the backyard oasis. Located on the 13th fairway in the Tonto Verde development, the backyard has a private pool, hot tub, covered patio, gas BBQ grill, and gas beehive fireplace. The landscaping is full of native plants, as well as an orange, grapefruit, and lemon tree. There is plenty of wildlife from hummingbirds to coyotes to keep you entertained.
The home has 2 master suites each with a king beds and private bathrooms. The master bath has a walk-in closet, soak-in tub, huge rain shower, double sinks, and private toilet room. The other master suite has a private hallway with double doors leading to it. It also has a king bed and a private bathroom with shower. The 3rd bedroom has 2 pullout queen sofa beds. This room also has its' own bathroom with a shower. There is an electric fireplace in the living room and large screen TV. There is also a TV out on the outside patio.
