The cottage is ideally located just a 3 1/2 block walk to semi-private Marine Street beach, or continue further down to world famous Windansea beach. For evenings, enjoy the 6 block stroll into La Jolla Village where you can visit the many restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, and parks. On Sunday morning don't miss San Diego's best Farmer's Market, located just 4 blocks away.
Although you'll want to enjoy the weather BBQing and relaxing outside on the sunny deck and taking in the gardens, the interior of the cottage is tastefully furnished and decorated with original artwork and modern day luxuries: 55" LCD TV in living room, 40" LCD in master bedroom, cable, NetFlix, Prime Video, HBO and Wi-Fi internet. The recently remodeled kitchen is fully stocked with all the quality appliances and utensils a gourmet chef would expect. The home is bathed in sunshine with skylights in four of the rooms.
