Located a short 10 minutes to SeaTac Airport, or 20 minutes to either downtown Seattle or Bellevue, you'll spend less time commuting and more time unwinding in the amazing surroundings that lie just outside your back door.
The residence has an open floor plan with a large river rock fireplace on the main and sound views from every room. Relax by firelight on window seats in the great room or outside on the sun-filled wrap around deck. The upstairs master is warm and inviting and features a second river-rock fireplace with its own private balcony. The bedroom on the main floor has a door leading out to the expansive deck and is an ideal space for guests or a quiet home office.
The kitchen opens onto the great room and is stocked for all your entertaining needs. There is also a gas BBQ on the deck for those nights that you just want to come home and throw something on the grill.
