Room darkening curtains will ensure you are well-rested. Sleeps 2
• TWIN OFFICE BEDROOM #2: Features a comfortable Twin size bed with crisp, clean linens, charming bohemian furniture, vinyl luxury plank floors, boutique office desk with a comfortable leather chair, greenery views & room darkening curtains. Sleeps 1
• QUEEN BEDROOM #3: Features a queen-sized bed with crisp, clean linens, en-suite bathroom (shared with the Kitchen) and room darkening curtains. Sleeps 2
• CRIB: The crib listed here is a travel cot/pack n' play type of sleeper for an infant or toddler. Please ask host, prior to reservation.
• KITCHEN: Completely remodeled in 2022, the kitchen boasts new black sleek appliances which include a side-by-side fridge with ice trays, an above stove microwave, 4 burner stove top & oven and a sink filtered waterspout for drinking. Finished with beautiful quartz countertops, an oversized sink, and endless recessed lighting. A favorite feature in the kitchen is the dedicated Coffee & Tea section with a K-cup coffee maker, Electric kettle, and a selection of teas. The kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans/utensils along with pantry basics like oil, salt & pepper to prepare a delicious meal.
• LIVING ROOM BATHROOM: Features a sparkling clean shower, tile floors, single sink vanity with hairdryer, and plenty of soft, fluffy towels.
• SECOND BATHROOM: Features a sparkling clean shower/tub combo, charming vintage tile, single vanity and plenty of soft, fluffy towels.
• LIVING ROOM: Features a 55" Smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, etc. (just bring your account passwords), a modern, comfortable leather sofa, 1 single leather chair, high ceilings, a decorative fireplace (no fires), vinyl luxury floors, our hand painted photos and a large living room painting.
• KITCHEN TABLE: A light-filled space featuring a modern wood table with comfortable seating for 4, recessed lighting throughout.
• LAUNDRY: A mid-sized washer & dryer is conveniently located just off the kitchen. Laundry soap is provided.
• PLEASE NOTE: Children are welcome but the home is not "childproofed" if you are traveling with a child/children that require childproofing (i.e. plug covers, cabinet locks, etc.) this home may not be suitable for your needs.
• ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Central Heat & A/C, Wi-Fi, vinyl luxury floors in the living, dining and front bedroom area, the exterior looks like a historic Pasadena home with great charm and character of this spacious home. Ample parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway along with street parking (no permits required and no restrictions on overnight street parking)

Staying in a 100+-year-old home does come with some “quirks” like the old storage sheds and garages in the back yard. (We call it character!). Such character also includes limited electrical outlets (however, we provide plenty of power strips with USB ports for your charging needs), sensitive plumbing (please treat it gently!)
You will have access to the entire home except for the back yard sheds/ garages. Rest assured, there is plenty of yard space in the back yard! The 0.30 Acers seems huge, and the back yard is entirely gated. We do allow furry friends for an additional charge, also depending on the breed and size of dog.

• Various wildlife: During your stay, you may see; skunks, raccoons, coyotes, bats, parrots, and hawks... just to name a few! We are close to the Rosebowl and Brookside Golf Course.
