Ideally looking to rent the place to one family for the entire time but could possible break it up into smaller segments. Gas fireplace, high ceilings in living room, air conditioning, washer/dryer, BBQ, trampoline, garage. You can walk to town. There is a shared pool. Both twin beds have trundle beds below them.
