The Space:
Enjoy your own apartment with kitchen, dinning and living room, 2 bedrooms, one big with queen size bed and one small with full bed both rooms with full bathroom and all the things you need to be comfortable. The second room is located next to the kitchen, they are not close to each other.
This stylish decorated apartment is 80 square meters with very nice interiors, like parquet floors or good water pressure. It's located con 3rd floor with two elevators, and has a janitor on daytime.

Disfrute de su propio apartamento con cocina, comedor y sala, 2 habitaciones, una grande con cama queen size y otra pequeña con cama full ambas habitaciones con baño completo y todo lo que necesita para estar cómodo. La segunda habitación está situada al lado de la cocina, no están cerca una de la otra.
Este elegante apartamento decorado tiene 80 metros cuadrados con interiores muy bonitos, como suelos de parquet o buena presión de agua. Está ubicado en un 3er piso con dos ascensores, y cuenta con conserje en horario diurno.

The Neighborhood:
Condesa is a vibrant area within walking distance of delicious, restaurants, bars, and cafes. The property boasts close access to the city center with historical places like La Roma, Polanco, and the Anthropology Museum.
Getting Around:
Uber its cheep, safe and always available. There is a "Safe taxi base" 2 blocks away and Metro Patriotismo is 1.4 km away, and if you don't feel like walking, you can take a bus just in front of the apartment.
Other Things to Note:
**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.
We have a two night minimum stay. Check-in starts at 3 PM and check-out should be before 11 AM. If you need to check in early, please let us known and we will try depending upon availability.
Final cleaning is included in rental price but if you wish to have full housekeeping during your stay, it can be provided for an additional charge of $400 per day.
Laundry service upon request with an extra fee depending on the amount. Please ask with 24 hours in advance.
Parking fits small vans and sedans.
*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).
*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.
*We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing machines and dryers or are located near a laundromat.
