When it comes to outdoor living and entertainment, this home boasts a sunny enclosed backyard with an electric firepit, an outdoor dining area with an umbrella, a gas grill, and a lounge area. This is a wonderful spot to create everlasting memories with your guests by hosting summertime barbecues, roasting s'mores around the firepit, and playing cornhole.
Inside, you will discover an open floor plan with original hardwood flooring throughout that seamlessly combines the living and dining areas. Unwind in the welcoming living area, complete with comfy furniture, a smart TV with streaming services, and a gorgeous brick gas fireplace. The chef of the group will have a blast preparing delicious homemade meals and treats in the well-appointed kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the major appliances needed to prepare tasty treats, a Keurig coffee maker, and a breakfast table. You can also enjoy peek-a-boo views of Catalina Island and watch the ships glide by from the kitchen window. Attached to the kitchen is a secluded office area with a desk. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
