Summary: The room was spacious and appeared to be an upgrade, which was appreciated. The bathroom was also large. However, the bed was extremely springy and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. Additionally, shampoo and conditioner were not available in the room and I had to go to the front desk to request them. Since I arrived late at night, this should have been disclosed at check-in
