Snow Removal:
During snow events, the front porch, steps and driveway will be shoveled on a regular basis. Any additional shoveling desired will be the responsibility of the guest. A snow shovel will be available in the garage for your use.

Please note that a ring doorbell is at the front door. This doorbell has video and audio capabilities and is in place for security purposes while the home is vacant.
No parties or large gatherings.
Please respect this family neighborhood and follow City of Bend noise ordinances. No loud noises after 9:00pm and before 7:00am.
Rock outcropping: Please stay on the paths and refrain from climbing on the rock outcropping. This space is not recommended for children under the age of 6. These outcroppings of basalt rock are common throughout Central Oregon, but tend to have unstable rock which can lead to injuries when not walking in the designated paths.
Also, please note that in Central Oregon in the winter, we often have snowy road conditions. To make things simple, we stick to our stated cancellation policy. Please keep his in mind when booking in the Winter months. We also have a similar policy for smoke in the Summer. There`s a chance due to wildfires that there are smokey air conditions during your stay. If evacuations were to take place (extremely rare around here!), then a refund would be given, but other than that, we will stick to the stated cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding!
