"ANGEKOMMEN und gleich WOHLFÜHLEN, das war eine GUTE ENTSCHEIDUNG!" ...dieses Gefühl sollten möglichst Alle unsere Gäste haben, wenn sie sich für einen Aufenthalt im CASA SHANIA entschieden haben und dort von UNS begrüßt und empfangen werden. Unsere Ferienwohnungen befinden sich in ganzjähriger, sonniger und ruhiger Lage und dennoch in unmittelbarer NÄHE vom ORTSZENTRUM Unterwössen. Sie finden hier so IDEALE Möglichkeiten für einen erholsamen, sportiven oder auch abwechslungsreichen *SIGHTSEEING-Aufenthalt*, und das zu jeder Jahreszeit. Unsere beiden neu gestalteten Ferienwohnungen, Casa Shania „Moments“ und „Feelings“ befinden sich im ersten Stock unseres großzügig geschnittenen Wohnhauses. Über eine Außentreppe gelangen sie direkt vom Parkplatz zum Eingang in den Flur der beiden Ferienunterkünfte. Die Balkone der beiden Wohneinheiten sind überdacht und nach Südwesten ausgerichtet. Von dort aus genießen sie einen traumhaften Panoramablick auf den nahen Balsberg, Geigelstein bis ins hintere Achental. Wir bleiben dabei immer in Bewegung und ergänzen, erneuern und verbessern ständig den von UNS auferlegten "QUALITÄTS- und WOHLFÜHL- Standard". Eine Besonderheit sind die raffiniert integrierten Nassbereiche mit Dusche und Waschtisch in allen Schlafzimmern und zusätzlich im Wohn- Esszimmer der Ferienwohnung „Feelings“. Ideal für das gemeinsame Verreisen von befreundeten Paaren oder Eltern mit fast erwachsenen Kindern. Die beiden Ferienwohnungen verfügen über eine WOHNKÜCHE und 1 bzw. 2 Schlafzimmer und WC. Die jeweilige Ausstattung der Wohnküche und Zimmer finden sie in der Detailbeschreibung der einzelnen Ferienwohnungen. Sollten sie Raucher sein, so ist das selbstverständlich auf den Balkonen gestattet, aber bitte nicht im Wohnbereich. In den Sommermonaten haben wir für unsere Gäste einen gemütlichen Sitzplatz im Freien eingerichtet, sie finden ihn direkt neben dem Parkplatz am Nebengebäude. Sollten sie vorab oder während ihres Aufenthalts oder FRAGEN haben, so melden sie sich bitte bei uns. Gerne geben wir ihnen auch Tipps zu Ausflügen, Wanderungen oder sonstigen Unternehmungen. Im gemeinsamen Flur zu den Wohnungen finden sie zudem ausreichend Prospekt und Info-Material über verschiedenste Angebote in der Region. Die Ferienwohnung „Moments“ ist für bis zu 4 Personen ausgelegt. Eine weitere Schlafmöglichkeit besteht auf dem Schlafsofa in der Wohnküche. Sie verfügt über drei Räume, Flur und WC. Im Schlafzimmer 1 steht ein großes „Himmel- Doppelbett“ mit Ablagen, eine kleine Sitzgruppe, großer Einbauschrank mit eingebauter Dusche und Waschtisch und ein großer Flat-TV. Zugang zum eigenem überdachten SW- Balkon mit 2 Stühlen und Tisch. Das Schlafzimmer 2 hat ebenfalls ein Doppelbett, jedoch in Boxspring-Ausführung, eine kleine Sitzgruppe und auch einen großen Einbauschrank mit eigener Dusche und Waschtisch. Einen kleinen TV finden sie im Schrank. Direkter Zugang zum überdachten SW- Balkon mit 2 Stühlen und Tisch. Die Wohnküche ist voll ausgestattet, zusätzlich neben dem Essplatz mit Bank und Stühlen gibt es hier noch eine gemütliche Couch, welche auch noch eine zusätzliche Schlafmöglichkeit bietet. Küchenausstattung: Vollwertiger Herd mit Ceranfeld,Spülmaschine, Kaffee-Pad Maschine,Geschirr/Kochgeschirr etc.in ausreichender Anzahl.
