The enticing kitchen is ready for your culinary creations to feed the whole crew, and you can even keep on eye on things since it's open to the activities space and dining area where there are plenty of windows to view the backyard. Don't forget to make use of the stainless steel appliances, including a refillable water filter pitcher in the fridge, and coffee station to keep you charged up when you need it. Once you're ready to chow down, transition to the breakfast bar overlooking it all, including the family room with smart TV, which can keep anyone entertained by logging into your favorite streaming platforms while snuggling on the comfy sofa.

POOL & HOT TUB
The private pool with attached spa is ready for you to really enjoy your time here! Whether you want to just relax and soak in the hot tub, or get the whole group splashing around in the pool, you're sure to maximize your enjoyment how you please.
NOTE: There is an additional charge for heating the pool/spa so that guests who do not want it heated do not have to cover the additional expense needed to provide the heat. If you would like the pool heated, two days notice is needed to ensure the pool is heated in time for your arrival.

GAME AREA
The multigame table includes all kinds of options to keep kids entertained (and even adults), including Foosball, Pool, Ping Pong, Table Hockey, Shuffleboard, Chess, Cards, Checkers, Backgammon & more. Next to that are your favorite board games, from Uno & Yahtzee to What do you Meme (Family edition), Connect 4 and more! I almost forgot to mention there's even an activity table for the young ones to stay occupied by expressing themselves creatively :)

The pool can be heated for a fee, inquire for additional info; the entire house has been professionally remodeled with all new furniture, kitchen, bathrooms, appliances, etc.

There is a lockable safety gate around the pool but THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY, SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. The pool/spa is maintained weekly.

There is a grass area that's ideal to set up cornhole (which is stored on the patio).
