Featuring an open concept kitchen with island, living room (with a chaise/sofa sectional), large bathroom (and half bath), and bedroom featuring a queen bed and HUGE walk-in closet. Wake up with coffee and sea breezes on the private patio off the bedroom. After a long day at the beach, enjoy dinner and a glass of wine at the farmhouse table under the covered patio. This home is outfitted with WiFi, a Smart TV with Netflix and Hulu, and Central AC. Plus, an in-unit washer and dryer. Take the train from the local Solana Beach station to Downtown or rent a car and see the sights in San Diego County via the I-5 freeway!
There is also a (flexible) fence around the back of the unit to provide a safe space for your dog to spend time outside, without having to worry about their security. It's a smaller space, meant to be a lounge area or place to do their business between walks but should not be considered to be the sole exercise space for your pup.
