Located in the coveted neighborhood of North Laguna Beach, this is an "original" Laguna Beach cottage built in the 1930's. Queen size bed, furnished kitchen, WiFi, smart TV, shower and off street parking. Garden patio with seating. Approx. 2 blocks to village and 2.5 blocks to beach. Walk to galleries, restaurants and summer festivals. Located on a two lane one way residential street with an alley in back of property. No pets and no on-site laundry. Use of the rental is limited to vacation only. Owner lives up the street. Note: The original windows are double hung, use dowels to open. Three steps up to front door/porch. Maximum stay is 28 nights. 4 night minimum stay.
