The holiday home (2 - 5 persons) is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of the small village Zandt (2000 inhabitants, about 65 km from Regensburg) surrounded by beautiful nature with meadows, fields and forests. Right next to the complex are beautiful hiking and biking trails, as well as runners for the dog, plus a beautiful nature and adventure park, ideal for children and nature lovers.
The house (73 sqm living area) was newly renovated in 2017 and equipped with wood-crafted furniture and high-speed Internet. It has two separate bedrooms (1 double and one twin); each room has an additional toilet / sink, fifth person possibility to sleep on the couch or on an extra bed.
Ground floor is another bathroom with a shower. The cozy living room is equipped with a couch, widescreen TV, Internet high-speed connection, a dining table for up to 5 people, and a romantic wood-burning stove. The kitchen (4-plate electric stove with oven) is completely new with handgeschreinerten furniture and sufficiently equipped with dining and cooking utensils, dishwasher. From the living room you can go directly to the fenced and furnished terrace with small garden. Also still cot and baby high chair, and a sled for the winter yet. Firewood delivery is offered on site.
In the complex still sports hall for squash or badminton, laundromat with laundromat and dryer (exclusive).
The village Zandt (800m) offers everything you need on holiday: restaurants, supermarket, doctor, dentist; Butcher, massage practice, banks, petrol station, hairdresser, bowling alleys, sauna facilities; Sports court, soccer field, carriage rides, bicycle e-bike rental.
