It is truly country meets the ocean! Some of the amenities include your own private courtyard and loggia for relaxing, beautiful landscape, and an amazing and walkable location near Beach, Del Mar Racetrack, Cedros Shopping/Design District, San Elijo Lagoon Reserve, and magnificent restaurants. Walk to Sunday Farmer's Market, wine tasting, brewing company, and quaint coffee shops. Listen to music at the famous Belly Up Tavern. Nearby is famous Torrey Pines Golf Course. House has a queen-sized bed, equipped kitchenette, and washer/dryer. Linens provided. No smoking.
