This beautifully decorated and cute casita-style house lies in a central location in SV with an easy 30 min-drive either way to: Bisbee/Tombstone towards East or Elgin/Sonoita Wine Country towards West.

The house is only mins away from main shopping areas and restaurants in town and 8 mi away from the Fort Huachuca's main gate.

This stunning house is nestled in a safe neighborhood that is located in Sierra Vista with nearby Fort Huachuca and tourist attractions such as Sonoita, Bisbee, and Tombstone.

I try to put lots of character into my house using ergonomic and beautiful sets of furniture and décor. Please be respectful of the property and things inside the house.

The house gets professionally cleaned with strict cleaning guidelines each time guests check out.
