This property is right on the beach. From the pool and patio area, the beach is 30 meter stone´s throw away. This villa has wheelchair access to: the master bedroom with ensuite bath, an additional full bathroom, the livingroom, diningroom, kitchen and sundeck areas. There are no inclined ramps at the entrance or any other part of the villa (except the upstairs bedrooms). Enjoy Vallarta´s best and longest swimming and walking beach only steps away. Let our courteous and friendly staff pamper you. Our chef will shop, prepare, serve and clean up for two meals a day, either breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner ($25 US taxi shopping fee not included). You will also like the fact that all your food is purchased at cost so you´ll save money. After the first meal you´ll forget about wanting to eat out. You´ll receive the same attention from our staff that you can read about in the guest comments. Our other two villas, VRBO Prop ID 228628 and VRBO Prop ID 457489 are located on the same fabulous beachfront property so if you have big groups there is plenty of accommodation. A very spacious 8 bedroom, 9 bathroom luxury villa with a spectacular view right in front of a soft sand family friendly beach just 3.5 miles south of charming Puerto Vallarta. All bathrooms are very elegant with granite countertops and Kohler products throughout. Each bedroom has a 50 inch smart TV and a high speed WiFi router. Living room has a 65 inch smart TV and there is high speed wifi in all common areas. This beachfront villa has high-end craftmanship throughout and tasteful decor. This villa comes with a staff of 5 that includes the chef, the chef´s assistant, the house keeper, a laundry lady and the houseman who does many chores including carrying luggage, cutting fresh coconuts, cleaning the pool, patio and all exterior areas. The published rates are for 16 guests, however we have several twin beds available for extra guests up to a maximum of 28 people. You will also have complimentary concierge service to assist you with arranging activities, excursions, reservations and transportation. If your group needs more than 8 bedrooms, Casa Canaan is adjacent to Casa Macumba, a 7 bedroom/8 bathroom Hacienda-style villa and Casa Milagro, another 7 bedroom/8 bathroom villa that are both within the same gated compound. These villas can be rented together or separately. Each villa can be rented separately and guests from one villa cannot enter the areas of another villa unless they are rented by the same group. All villas have their own pool and separate beach access gate.
The staff take all Sundays off but they will work on official holidays (unless the holiday is a Sunday).
Principal renter must be over 40 years old and stay at property.
No loud parties, events or weddings allowed unless permission has been granted by owner prior to making the reservation.
