The open floor plan features an expansive great room with 2-story vaulted ceilings, and a spacious kitchen with Wolf and KitchenAid appliances, as well as two primary suites. Outside, an expansive deck with a hot tub is the perfect place for enjoying a Truckee sunset. Upstairs offers a second living area with a TV, an office, and two more guest suites. Added bonus is an electric car charging station located in the garage of the residence!

*Access to the amenities at the Pavilion at Old Greenwood is available for an extra fee paid in advance of your arrival. Rental guest fees are $85 per night for up to 12 registered people. ***Please note that if you choose to have access to the Pavilion, the fee will be collected for each night for the duration of your stay. There will be no refund for days/passes not used. Pavilion access needs to be requested prior to arrival. No access will be issued once in residence.

- The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 10 adults. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted.
- This home has Ring smart home security cameras installed on the exterior of the home. Video coverage includes the walkway to the front deck and front deck area, driveway, and steps to the mudroom door. The devices capture video and audio for security purposes. No video or audio is recorded inside the home.
