Enjoy views of Lake Michigan and access to a beautiful and expansive stretch of private association beach at our Holiday House! This spacious, luxurious, 5-bedroom, 3500 square foot home was built in 2021 and features high-end finishes, including quartz countertops, a marble master bath, stainless steel Jenn Air appliances, and a linear gas fireplace, and modern conveniences, including an outdoor shower, generator and heated garage! The location is ideal, across the street from the private association beach, within a short walk of North Beach Park (with bathrooms, a picnic area and children’s playground) on Lake Michigan, within a mile of North Shore Marina, and less than a 10-minute drive from all of the shops and restaurants in downtown Grand Haven!
The house comfortably sleeps 12 guests, with a king bed in the primary master suite (second floor), a queen bed in the second master suite (third floor), a queen bed in the first floor bedroom, full-sized bunk beds (which can sleep up to 4), another queen bed in the fifth bedroom (third floor), a pullout Potterybarn sleeper sofa (first floor), an inflatable queen-sized bed and an inflatable toddler bed. The oversized 2-car garage easily fits two large SUVs and additional parking is available in the driveway.
There are 2 separate living areas with couches that can comfortably seat 12 (in total) and that feature large, flat-screen TVs with basic Xfinity cable and apps to access Netflix, Hulu, Peacock, Disney+, etc… There is an indoor and outdoor dining table, which is located on the large glass-enclosed second floor composite deck and accessible from the main living area through large sliders. The house features floor-to-ceiling Anderson windows throughout, including in the primary master suite (second floor) and second master suite (third floor), so you can enjoy lake views (across the street). You can also walk across the street to the private association beach to enjoy gorgeous Lake Michigan sunsets on the beach itself!
The spacious outdoor patio features a large (42 inch) round propane-fueled fire pit and adirondack chairs. Make smores or just enjoy relaxing around the glow of a warm fire at night after a day at the beach!
All furniture is from Potterybarn and Restoration Hardware.
Check-in is at 4:00 P.M. on Friday (7-night stay) or Sunday (5-night stay) and check-out is at 10:00 A.M. the following Friday. The house will be thoroughly and professionally cleaned between guests.
Short-Term Rental Agreement must be reviewed and signed and Security Deposit must be remitted before rental period begins, or reservation will be cancelled.
