**Our pools are professionally cleaned and maintained by a licensed pool company every Friday (schedule is subject to changes by our Pool company)

Since the property is located on a working winery, staff may occasionally be present on the premises to support operation. They are committed to respecting your privacy and will ensure their activities cause minimal disruption during your stay. Thank you for your understanding!
While the home is equipped with high-speed internet, please note that due to its secluded location in Napa, Wi-Fi connectivity may occasionally be slower or less stable.
Late check-outs are not available. We kindly ask that all guests' belongings be removed from the home by the designated check-out time. Thank you for your understanding.

Access to the whole house with the exception of the following:
Owner's storage areas.
Guest house located to the left of the main house.
Wine cave is part of a private area, not accessible to guests.
Due to fire safety regulations, the fire pits and outdoor built-in BBQ are not available for guest use. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe environment.
