This duplex offers a studio with a private entry, queen size bed, and its own kitchen, making it perfect for those traveling with extended family or groups including two couples. The two bedroom unit has a wonderful master bedroom and kids bedroom.

These two units allow large families to travel together while maintaining privacy apart. You can use the large outdoor space to have a BBQ together or eat meals in your separate kitchens. You can gather around the fireplace in the living room of the main house house while the kids play in the room right next door. We have ductless heating and cooling, allowing each room to be set to the temperature preferred by those sleeping in that room. We have multiple Amazon Echo speakers, allowing each room to play a separate soundtrack or one playlist to be shared everywhere. There is a washer, dryer, iron and steamer in the basement, single car garage and car port where up to two additional cars can park. Finally, our keyless keypad entry ensures that everyone in your party can access the house, so there is no need to coordinate who gets keys. For extra large parties, there is even an inflatable, queen-size mattress in the living room.

1. All bookings require a security deposit. You will not be charged for this in advance.
2. We are a "no shoes on in the house" household. We prefer our guests do the same.
3. We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the home or on the premises; breaking this rule will incur a loss of security deposit.
4. No pets of any kind unless registered service/assistance animal with certification.
5. Parties or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and back studio tenants and observe quiet hours from 10PM-9AM. Violations after our initial warning may result in your removal from the property.
6. Guests must agree to exercise caution when using the bunk bed.
7. The use of the fireplace is not allowed.
8. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.
9. Please do not move any of the furniture in the home around during your stay. We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure.
