Light and airy newly built guest house with private entrance (side of the house contact free), kitchenette and full bathroom.
Located blocks away from the public docking and with easy parking right in front of the main house.
You will have a wifi, internet, smart TV, new window unit air conditioning, and heating.
Perfect place for traveling workers.
The space
PLEASE NOTE:
1- smoking is allowed outside of the unit only. There is a little area next to the patio table with an ashtray that you can make yourself comfy and enjoy your smoke break. unit smelling like smoke will cost your deposit.
2- that this listing is currently on discounted price due to some small fixing still being in progress like replacing towel holders and small spot paint on walls. We hope you enjoy the lower price due to the incovenienece.
3-Modern, and newly built, guest house.
Decor provides the lake house small town feel and yet comfortable because of all the modern amenities.
Guest access
-This is on our back yard so yes of course you have access to the back yard :)
-Also each booking has access to one load of laundry, which is located inside our main front house. easy access but shared (just wanted to be upfront).
Other things to note
-Pets are not allowed and by breaking this rule you automatically loose your deposit.
-We follow rental rules and cancelation policies as our own. Do not offer reimbursements other than the stated on the cancelation policy provided and described on your booking. Therefore any issues will be dealt with the platform. Thank you for respecting and not insisting.
-We do not make exceptions for "out of our control" circumstances such as but not limited to: wild fires, road blockages, flight cancelations, death in the family, the world ending... We put a lot of thought, time, and work into getting this place ready for you, and it will be a shame if you can't make it, but no reimbursement exceptions will be made.
-This includes shortening your trip; you will not be reimbursed for remaining days. All "trip change" requests for less days will be denied.
