A private, quiet, comfortable flat in the heart of Dogpatch--a funky, arty, real SF neighborhood with an historic-industrial point of view. Easy access to all SF has to offer including great coffee, boba and restaurants, museums, galleries, Warriors basketball, Giants baseball and Dogpatch beach.
+ PLEASE NOTE: Flat is TV-free; movies and media can be accessed through your laptop.
+ Bag drop any time; 4pm check in -- 11 am checkout. We live on the premises, and are usually available to greet our guests, but offer lock box for independent check in and check out. Need early check in or late check out? Just ask.

+ The space accommodates two adults, which is the booking limit.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:

GETTING AROUND:
Dogpatch is in southeast San Francisco, with easy access to downtown via the T-3rd tram and 15 express bus, as well as the South Bay via CalTrain and nearby 280 freeway. Transport to downtown, Union Square, BART and the Ferry Plaza is easy via the tram and bus. Mid-town, including the Mission, Filmore and Fisherman's Wharf, and points further west, are accessible via the 55, 10 and 48 buses.
Biking is easy via rental city bikes and mostly flat along the water's edge all the way to the the Golden Gate Bridge.
PARKING:
Daily parking passes may be available at $20 ea. please inquire when booking (# limited by city). Monthly visitor parking permits begin at $100 -- Please request when booking.
Street parking in Dogpatch is limited to four hoursduring until 10pm. All parking in Dogpatch isnow time-regulated so please check signs. If possible consider leaving your car at home and taking ride share, public transit or even bike share.
DIRECTIONS:
From the Airport: We are 12 minutes by cab or Uber from SFO. Also consider an airporter/rideshare like supershuttle, for which reservations can be made ahead of arrival. BART from SFO to 16th and Mission Streets stop, then take the 55 bus to our corner at 20th and 3rd st is the public transport option.
PETS: ADA-Defined service dogs are welcome. Pets, including emotional support animals and therapy dogs are not considered service animals under the ADA.
