Our home is 5 doors from the heated community pool and spa with club house and exercise room.
The large kitchen features stainless steel appliances, microwave, and dishwasher. The laundry room features washer, and dryer along with a water softener. The office can be off the living room, in the guest bedroom, or off the dining room.
The patio has a gas grill, patio furniture and is large enough to entertain all of your guests. The primary bedroom features a king sized bed, dresser and flat screen TV with private bath and walk-in closet. It has a patio.
The second guest suite is furnished with 2 twin-beds. We will be happy to switch to a queen or covert to an office set up. It currently includes a small office set-up, large full size bathroom, walk-in closet.
You will enjoy your privacy. Santa Fe Subdivision is very quiet neighborhood. Great Neighbors. Easy access and very walk-able to shops, food, coffee, nature paths, restaurants, and shopping.
