We now have a 31 days minimum stay.
This is a first floor unit, ( ground level ) there are no stairs to worry about. Covered free parking just steps away. The condo/apartment has a 43” TV with standard cable package, a USB port for your Amazon / netflix with your membership, and we have a very good WIFI. You will find foot rests under the TV / couch table. There is a remote for the bedroom fan / light on the left side of the bedroom door wall. There is a lot of storage space. Full closet in the bedroom. We have added a small TV screen that plays DVDs in the bedrooms. The bedroom does not have cable.
For your convenience, we have added blackout curtains in the bedroom.
There are 2 small extra storage cabinets in the bathroom for more storage.
The closest public swimming pool / jacuzzi are just around the building.
There is a deli with the gas station across the street. (steps away)
We require a copy of your driver’s license before you check into the condo.
We ask you to supply that information 7 days prior to your check-in date, via text to us.
