The home features corian & granite kitchen counters, an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, arched windows, plantation shutters, and a charming bee hive wood burning fireplace in the family room. The large master bedroom opens to furnished Arizona room. (800 sq. ft. in addition to the 2400 sq. ft. living space) The fully fenced private backyard is extensively landscaped with a large pool, teak furniture settings, BBQ and a patio heater. While the weather can be hot in the summer months, the pool is AMAZING! The pool is generally too cold for use October thru April but it is possible to run the heater September, October, April and May "weather permitting" for an additional $40.00/night.
