The entire condo has been completely gutted and has a new fresh look. The exterior has been changed to a smooth white stucco with black trim and black stairs. The front yard has been converted to artificial turf.
Inside you will find a brand new gourmet kitchen with subzero and wolf appliances. White cabinets and beverage fridge. The entire home has plank tile flooring, quartz counter tops, all new recessed lighting and chandeliers in every room. The staircase has been converted into floating wood stairs with view railing. There is a stereo system throughout the home and patios. The entire home has central air as well. There is a 3 door panel opening at the main living space off the living room that goes out to a brand new patio. The new patio also provides some shaded parking space on the driveway.
The main level bedroom has an en-suite and there is a sliding glass door installed to access outside.
The master bathroom has a walk in shower with 2 sinks.
The loft has a custom valet for guests staying in this room.
There will be a 10% occupancy tax charged on all reservations
For the summer months, there is a utility charge of $100 per week. July/August and September
