Summary: Single female traveler put in the basement of the resort. WiFi didn’t work. When I called front desk, I told her there was no WiFi and she argued with me that there was , said there has never been a problem. I asked for a different room so I could feel safe. She said they were full. Bathtub had hair and grime in it.
