The location is surrounded by an abundance of un-crowded hiking and biking trails, just down the road from Red Rock State Park, and away from the busyness of the town - But here is the best part.. It is only a 3 mile, scenic drive from town. It doesn't get much better than that.
These properties (main house and guest house) are quite the Sedona adventure for anyone lucky enough to experience it. Inside you'll find simple elegance with excellent flow. Tons of natural lighting, spacious gathering areas, comfortable accommodations, all compliment the unique design features through this work of art.

*Please be aware due to the high vaulted ceilings in the guest house, the guest house living room & game room area will tend to be colder in the winter, and warmer in the summer as the AC/Heater is not as efficient in these larger areas.
This home is located in a remote area in Sedona tucked on a Cliff. With that said, cell service is not reliable. The home has great WiFi so you can make phone calls using WiFi, but please keep in mind cell service is not strong when inside the property. There are close by areas with service, if needed.
