Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Location is A+ right in the heart of La Jolla Village. Walk across the street to Pavillion's, coffee shops, dining, shopping, and everything LJV has to offer. Unit comfortably sleeps 5 (King, Queen, and couch that works doubles to sleep 1), is brand new, and has a huge shower. Owner Morgan was responsive to our requests for extra towels and small questions we had. It's a great little unit and we will definitely be back!

Negative: We do our research before booking, so none of these things were a surprise, but be aware that the king BR faces the alley and active businesses (restaurant next door) receive shipments early in the morning. Put the heavy sleepers in the king BR and you'll be fine. Street parking is a little tricky but not bad--LJV is densely populated area. Also know that the kitchen doesn't have a stove or microwave. It has a toaster oven and air fryer so be aware that if you want to cook you need to be able to YouTube how to cook using the Air Fryer. Not big deals but things to be aware of!

Summary: Wonderful value in the heart of La Jolla Village, perfect for family of 5 to enjoy the area.
