This large, well-maintained, 2nd floor condo is only 8 blocks to downtown and close to the river front park. It is an excellent location for summer or winter activities in nearby mountains, rivers and lakes. Enjoy Leavenworth's dining and shopping or one of the many festivals throughout the year. Leavenworth is well-known for Holiday Lights Festivals (weekends in December) and of course Oktoberfest. With the seasonal swimming pool just below our deck, it is a great place for families. Year-round hot tubs are perfect for after a day of skiing.
