DESCRIPTION
Villa Pacifica is a luxurious and spacious retreat in a spectacular setting on a prime piece of the California coast. This 5 bedroom, 9 bath neo-classic retreat is reminiscent of an Italian Palazzo with an updated and sophisticated feel and furnished with stately, yet comfortable furnishings giving a welcoming vibe. The home itself is over 6,500 sq’ and features soaring open beam ceilings, Versailles stone flooring, and intricate wrought iron throughout. Two of the bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are in an attached, yet completely private guest house with its own kitchen and living area, fireplace, and outdoor terrace.
As beautiful as the Villa is inside, the outside is just as magnificent. The estate encompasses over an acre of private grounds with amenities including multiple terraces and lounges, an open-air kitchen and dining area, a swimming pool and spa with a 25’ high water feature, plus a putting green with a sand trap that overlooks the ocean. Walk up a wisteria-covered path to another terrace lounge with a fire pit and sweeping views. This level is also equipped with an infrared sauna and a full gym where you can exercise with the La Jolla coastline and the Pacific Ocean as the backdrop.
