Summary: I rent this room because has a chimney when I want to turn on it doesn’t work I ask front desk to send a technician he told me it doesn’t work and we can change to another room which the chimney was working good I say ok when I talk to front desk to change the room they told me the chimney is out of season mmm we are sorry but we can change to another room for that because the chimney is only for the season December through February mmm if I rent I room with chimney I want a chimney I pay for that I’m really really disappointed with the hotel next time I call before booking by the way I check the hotel details and it doesn’t say anything about it chimney for season only ?? I’m not happy with that
