Home is nestled on 5 acres of quiet forest land, perfect if you want to escape noise and traffic. Relax on huge front and back porches listening to wildlife, or maybe have a game of horseshoes or darts. Large garage to store your hunting or hiking gear. There are 2 master bedrooms that have their own luxury tubs or showers. Multiple rooms for relaxing by the fireplaces or watching a game on the 80" TV. Property is in a remote area just 30 minutes from Winslow or 45 minutes from Payson. The closest market or store is located at the Happy Jack Lodge or at the Clints Well gas station so bringing in your food, drinks, ice, is pretty important. ATV's are not allowed in neighborhood but if driven slowly out of development - forest roads are accessible. Safety Note: there is no fence around property and we are in the forest where elk, coyotes, mountain lions, bears, hawks, and javelina do roam through on occasion. Fire pit for roasting marshmellows, open sky for star gazing, lots of space to stretch and enjoy the smell of the pine trees.
