This awesome property is in Indian Wells, CA. Just a few miles from LaQuinta, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, the tennis gardens and FBO (Jacquel Cochran Reg. Airport), and 20 min to Palm Springs. It is in a guard gated country club so it is very safe. There is a master with a king bed, a guest room with a queen bed, and a second guest room with four twin beds. Sleeps 8. All of the rooms have TV's and the kids room has a play station. A/C works great. We have a private hot tub inside of our patio with a table and chairs for 8 and a big umbrella for the hot sun. The back has a fire table with four cushioned chairs and the shared pool is 10' from our back door. The pool is hardly used but kept immaculate all year. It is not heated but there are two pools 1 block away that are heated for cooler months. It has a garage with air conditioning and a washer/dryer. We gutted and remodeled the entire home in 2022. It is a pretty quiet neighborhood so no loud parties and quiet around 9-10pm. Pets on case by case basis. If pets are accepted it will be an additional $300 for carpet cleaning. 30 night min. stay. Cleaners come in every two weeks. The fee is included in rental. All furniture, kitchenware, mattresses and bedding is new. It has an amazing golf course and brand new clubhouse.
