Our Spanish house is incredibly charming and in the absolute perfect, central location. We are within walking distance of many of the best restaurants, shopping and night life and a short drive to all of the amazing LA attractions and the beach. It's a safe, quiet, affluent neighborhood. There is a security system you can use if you wish. The house is a 2 bedroom/2 bath. The guest room can be configured as two twin beds or one king. The master bedroom is a king. All mattresses and bedding are top quality and very comfortable! There are two TVs. One is in the master bedroom, and the other is in the guest room.
There is a charming, enclosed garden patio with gorgeous trees in the front, and a beautiful, spacious backyard with trees, and a deck. We have two secured parking spaces behind a driveway gate. . It's a very special home with warm, bright energy.
There is a separate guesthouse out back that's available to rent as well. If the guesthouse is occupied, a very small space in the far backyard is shared. The rest of the yard and deck are solely for you.
