We hope you enjoy this extremely private and secure 2-story home located in a small, gated community. Bring your friends and family and celebrate any event; we are close to LaQuinta and all the Valley restaurants.
Hang out at the pool with tanning shelf, jacuzzi and firepit by day--then move into the brand-new game/poker room by night. BBQ and fully equipped kitchen will make you never want to leave!

We will provide bottled water and an extra bag of ice upon your arrival.

If you forget any toiletry items, we’ve got you covered! We provide a “Forgot Something Basket” for those little things that will save you a trip to the store.

Spa heating is complimentary! Pool may be heated for an additional $100/night (our utilities cost- you’d be surprised!).
Minimum pool heating request is 2 days. Pool heating schedule is 8am to 6pm. You can control the Spa Jets with the keypad. Spa hours from 6pm to 10pm.
Early check-in or late late-checkout may be available. Our Guest Services Department will let you know. Late checkout requires a minimal fee.
Minimal check-out chores (we don't ask you to do laundry, please see Welcome Book on the desk for check out requirements). Professionally cleaned after each check-out.
We love our pets and welcome your furry family members too. Pet fee is $200 per per stay up to 20lbs. Maximum pets allowed is 2.

Please note that the wind can pick up and bring dust to the backyard. We make every effort to keep the patio furniture dust free right before your arrival, but feel free to hose off any remaining dust with our backyard hose.
Please keep doors closed to keep the dust out. nNoise level curfew is from 10pm – 8am. Should there be a City fine, guests will be responsible.
Parking available for up to 2 cars on driveway and plenty of Street Parking allowed with no HOA restrictions.

Must be 25 years or older to book.

We send out two waivers regarding the house and pool rules. The first waiver is a home liability waiver.
The guest is responsible for any damages done at the property. Failure to follow these rules, Airbnb has the right to ban guests.
The second waiver is for the pool regarding safety and precaution when using the pool.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR STAY
The City of Indio is very STRICT regarding the following Ordinances: The booking guest is responsible for all persons occupying the home during your booking dates.

OCCUPANCY
This home has an occupancy limit of 12 persons. There are no exceptions. The City of Indio’s citation for over occupancy is $1000 per occurrence which will be billed to the booking guest.
In addition to the city citation, eviction will occur immediately (with no refunds) if the occupancy limit is exceeded.

AMPLIFIED SOUND
The municipal code for amplified sound is as follows: No radio receiver, karaoke machine, sound device, speaker, instrument, phone or any machine that produces any sound shall be heard beyond the property line at any time day or night.
The City of Indio’s citation for amplified sound is $1000 per occurrence which will be billed to the booking guest.

NOISE OUTSIDE OF SHORT TERM RENTAL
Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activity that create noise between the hours of 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Sunday through Thursday and 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Friday and Saturday. The City of Indio’s citation for Noise outside of Short –Term Rental is $1000 per occurrence which will be billed to booking guest.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 99 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
