Summary: Hotel was great and staff were professional. The front man was always ready to help us with luggage and opening the door for us. Location is quite convenient and lobby was very nicely displayed. One thing I was quite disappointed with was as soon as I checked in to the room- I found a cigarette bud and ash on the carpet floor. For a 4 star hotel - I thought they would have paid more attention to the cleaning services particularly since it was very easy for me to see there was a cigarette remnant on the floor
