It is perfectly located minutes from Highway 29, downtown Napa, Oxbow Market, CIA, Blue Note, Silo's, the Silverado Trail, world class restaurants and wineries, and hiking and biking trails.
The main floor features an open, airy, light filled floor plan with gas fireplace in the living room, a dramatic dining room, and a fully equipped open kitchen with granite counters and counter seating for four. Dining table expands and comfortably accommodates eight or more. There is a French inspired half bath and a bedroom suite with queen bed, television and full bath. Several sets of French doors provide easy access to the outdoor gardens which feature palm trees, bamboo, heritage roses and fruit trees.
Upstairs is the second bedroom with queen bed, two closets and full bath. Also on that floor is a tv room/loft overlooking the main floor. Hidden behind louvered doors is the washer and dryer.
Additional amenities include central heat and air conditioning, three ceiling fans, and a large garage. A gourmet grocery store, coffee and ice cream store are about fifteen blocks from our home one direction and downtown Napa is about 20-25 blocks in the other direction.
