Large common space includes a newly renovated kitchen with a full size refrigerator, cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee makers and dishwasher. Plenty of tableware and cookware. . Eating areas both inside and out on the large deck. Living room has a comfy L-shaped couch and a new Smart TV. All the rooms have fast WiFi. Heating and AC in each room.

Linens including beach towels are provided. Soap, shampoo, toilet paper, hair dryer, dishwashing soap and laundry soap provided.
