Events (gatherings of any type) must be disclosed to us in advance for permission, generally we don't allow events but might consider small ones.
Smoking is allowed only outside away from open doors and windows. If we need to remove the scent of smoking inside the property we will charge an extra cleaning fee for the cost and time required to do so.
Please avoid being TOO LOUD outside, especially after 9pm, our relationship with our neighbors is very important to us!
