Welcome to our newly-renovated five bedroom/ three-and-a-half bathroom home in Rochester Hills! Secluded in a quiet neighborhood with a private backyard (with a hot tub and fire pit!) perfect for entertaining or relaxing, the house is set up for groups of all sizes. Our home features five bedrooms, three full bathrooms (plus a powder room). Cook on the grill and eat dinner on the back patio during the warm weather months or in our formal dining room if it's cold (and after, relax in our expansive living room with the fireplace to warm everyone up). Inside, our newly remodeled kitchen features black granite countertops, custom open wood shelving, and stainless steel appliances. Conveniently located, we're a 25-minute drive to the Birmingham and Royal Oak areas and about 45 mins from downtown Detroit. Whether you're planning a gathering or an extended getaway, our home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

The main level of the home features our family room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and a powder room (as well as the garage). Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite). Our basement also features two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and our gym area (which doubles as a second laundry and mechanical room as well).
The backyard has a gorgeous hardscape entertaining area with outdoor seating, a dining table for 6 and our propane grill as well as our hot tub. We also built a river-rock fire pit sitting area with string lights for s'mores and comfy nights outside.

We have five (5) bedrooms along with an air mattress. Two (2) bedrooms have king beds (the primary suite + an additional guest bedroom) and three (3) bedrooms have queen beds. The air mattress is queen size for additional sleeping space! Plenty of extra linens and pillows are available to ensure groups of any size have a comfortable, restful stay.

99% of guests are visiting family, friends, on a work trip, or just exploring town. For anyone who intends to have a party, disturb the neighborhood, or in any other way violate our house rules, we want to make clear that:
We have a zero-tolerance policy for this. We have noise sensors that alert us if decibel levels pass a certain threshold, and we have unfortunately had to ask guests to leave for violating this rule. Being a good neighbor of the city and the block we are on is very important to us.
We have sensors to detect indoor smoking (nicotine and marijuana) and have an automatic $750 fine for violations, and have also had to ask guests to leave early for violating this rule.

Please park in our driveway, which easily fits two cars, plus we have a two-car garage for interior parking! If you need extra parking, there’s plenty of free street parking in front of the house as well!

We are available whenever you need! Please feel free to reach out via the app or website you booked on with any specific questions. For any health emergencies, please dial 911. If a system malfunctions (i.e hot water not functioning or a light has gone out), please send us a message on the app or website you booked on and we will be sure to address it in as short a time as possible (we usually respond within a few minutes). We also have handymen, electricians, plumbers, and landscapers with whom we work, so for any extenuating circumstances, we will happily bring them out to solve your issues post haste!
Extra Sleeping Arrangements

Air Mattress: Designed for camping, our air mattress is extra-sturdy and provides a wonderful sleeping space for two. To inflate, please plug in the pump and wait for it to charge. Once the light on it is solid (not blinking), unplug the pump, insert the end into the air mattress, and flip the switch to inflate.
Extra Linens: In a plastic tote in one of our bedroom closets, you will find extra bath towels and hand towels, sheets, and extra blankets for the air mattress. Please use a few pillows from the beds for the air mattress!

We love hosting folks, so we want to be as respectful as possible to our wonderful neighbors. Since we’re in a quiet neighborhood, we do ask that you follow a few easy rules:
- No parties & no overnight guests without prior approval. If you’re looking to host a small gathering, that’s probably ok but please let us know.
- Respectful, quiet volume, particularly after 9 pm.
- Please leave your shoes at the door.
- No pets please, as many of the guests we host have allergies.
- No smoking - also, don't discard your cigarettes in house trash cans. They get stinky.
- If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
- Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help.
