A cozy, tranquil getaway tucked in the coastal redwoods just an hour south of San Francisco. The home is located on a quiet residential street, and feels like a treehouse tucked into the redwood forest. There are two levels in the main house, with the bedroom, master bathroom, and laundry room located downstairs and the living room, kitchen, additional bathroom, and large deck area upstairs. Off the lower level deck, you’ll find a two-person sauna and equipped grill area. Walk just a few steps across the driveway to access the detached office, a cozy spot with an incredible picture-window view of the trees, complete with small desk, reading nook, and electric fireplace.
Our home makes for a perfect romantic getaway for two, with a spacious and comfy California king in the downstairs bedroom. If additional space is needed, the couch upstairs is a sleeper sofa which pulls out into a queen sized bed with memory foam mattress. Linens for the pull out couch are available upon request pre-arrival. There is also a queen size loft sleeping area in the office, however, this sleeping space is only accessible via ladder and is only appropriate for able-bodied adults. Please note, we do not provide bedding for the office—the mattress fits wall-to-wall, so sleeping bags are ideal!
