Positive: Super friendly staff, very nice, clean and large room. We enjoyed the tcm massage and the bath in our room. Also it was convenient that we could rent scooters directly from the hotel.. Great way to explore the beautiful surroundings. Also the staff was so nice to refund us one night when we left one day earlier. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Negative: The only downside is that the staff dont speak English but they do go make a really big effort and Google Translate does the rest so it wasn't an issue. .. and the weather in January wasn't great (a very cold week with 2degrees), but that's something the hotel can't do anything about :)
